Easy, tasty weeknight meal. I did not use onion or peppers since I didn't have them on hand. I added onion powder when cooking the shrimp. I also rinsed a can of black beans and added them to each quesadilla as I built/cooked them. Use your favorite sauce to dip or drizzle on top.

Made these in the oven and they tasted great! Would add some beans or corn to fill it out a bit more next time.

Yummy lunch treat! These were easy to make, didn’t take long to assemble and were very tasty!
I agree with other reviewers...spice it up a little more for our taste. Over all...it’s a keeper!

Weren't terrible, but lacking spice badly. Wife and I added a bunch. Rethink the taco seasoning and go with real flavor.

My favourite quesadillas. I served them with a sour cream dip made with cilantro.

This turned out great we have made this 3 times now and will probably be on our monthly or more meal list. Page won't let me add all 5 stars, but definitely a 5 star rating, love the dish just as listed.

This is really simple and really good. I ended up adding thin sliced avocado and the sour cream and salsa on the inside so it was easier to eat with my hands. I also cut the shrimp into smaller pieces to get them to distribute more evenly and make cutting the quesadillas in half easier.

I made this with my mom for dinner a couple of nights ago and my family loved it! I will be making this again soon :)
