    Well I didn’t used anything but veggies (no meat or seafood I’m vegetarian) along with the listed seasoning. I added Colby jack and provolone cheese to it as well topped it off with a salsa and it turned out great !!!!

    Great quesadilla recipe ... I did add some cilantro in both the vegetable mix and atop when cooked ... I sautéed the vegetables to a slight char which added some additional flavor ... try it!
