    amazing and easy to follow recipe, i swithched the siracha sauce for scorpion pepper sauce it added a nice little zing to the recipe but such a tasty recipe and I had a wonderful time making it.

    It needed a bit more hoisin sauce, which I added. It was quick, flavorful and filling!

    Overall I find that this recipe is a great starting point. Next time I make it I'm omitting the back chai and replacing that with just Greenleaf and also the cinnamon. The cinnamon quite overpowering. But overall it was very good and the best pho recipe that I have found.
