- 1 dash chili oil
- ginger
- chili
- turmeric
- curry paste
- cumin
- curry powder
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 yellow summer squash (sliced into matchsticks)
- 1 zucchini squash (green, sliced into matchsticks)
- 1 red bell pepper (medium, cored and seeded, sliced thin)
- 1 1/2 cole slaw mix (a bag of, about 2 heaping cups shredded cabbage with carrot)
- 1 handful frozen corn (or baby peas, thawed)
- 3 cups brown rice (cooked long grain organic, or brown basmati rice)
- freshly ground pepper
- sea salt
- 20 medium shrimp (frozen, thawed, tails removed, if you like)
- 2 chili sauce (your favorite)
