I had never made an Etouffee before, and it turned out great! My husband loved it! Most definitely will make this again!!!

This is a keepah! The only thing I would do differently is to saute the onions, peppers and celery...I really hate uncaramelized onions. Otherwise, delish!!

Loved it! The recipe tips were worth reading. We like super spicy so we finished it with Tobasco. Can’t wait to make it for guests.

Great recipe! We loved it. A bit salty so I will probably omit the extra salt next time since the Emerils essence already has salt. Will definitely make it again.

Delicious, I did modify by adding bite size chicken cooking that cooked for 40minute. I also an additional cup of chicken broth and creole seasoning based on taste probably another 2 tbsp and my kids loved it, added shrimp during the last 5 minutes. I also made additional roux to thicken this dish up

This was absolutely delicious! I added a little more of the trinity elements and used seafood stock instead of chicken stock and man, this thing was incredible. I eat a lot of Cajun and creole cooking and I was completely impressed with the way the flavors all came together. You can add additional heat to this for sure, but I was cooking for some folks that had sensitive palates to spice and it was perfect with the amount of creole seasoning used. This is a keeper.

This was AMAZING!!! It was easy and very tasty. This will be my go to meal for sure. I followed instructions to a tea.

Wow! This was delicious! Everything was great, the only addition I made was adding some leftover ground Italian sausage I had in fridge. A+++ recipe!
