These are fantastic and have become a staple in our house. Our kiddo doesn’t like cilantro so I often only add it as a topper along with lettuce, avocado, and a spicy Chile habanero hot sauce. Often times I’ll make a double batch because they are time consuming and freeze them. They hold up in the freezer quite well. So good!

I used shredded rotisserie chicken instead of shrimp and it turned out amazing. My only recommendation is to double the sauce bc it was to die for!
