- 2 cups stewed tomatoes (If you want this saucier then add it all)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/3 cup shrimp stock (or clam juice, or more if you want this saucier)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 3 tsp. Creole seasoning
- 3 green onions (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
- 1 lb. shrimp (16/20 count, deveined and peeled)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 lb. andouille sausage
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped celery (finely)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. green pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth (or water, but I also used the clam broth left from the above)
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce (Louisiana)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (freshly)
- 2 green onions (finely minced)
- Creole seasoning (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. coarse salt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 3/4 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
