Wow! What an amazing Creole! Lots of spicy flavors in about 45 minutes. I used jumbo shrimp so I had to cook for 2 extra minutes, served with white rice. Something new and exciting for dinner!

I had to reduce the salt content by only using half the tomato ingredients. I gave it only 4 stars because of that. I added broccoli. My family enjoyed it.

I added arugula & spinach because i didnt have celery or green peppers on hand. I did have yellow and orange peppers and used them instead. It makes it a bit sweet- which was fine.

I think I went too heavy w the spice. Traded out some of the tomato products for others I was trying to use up. Overall I would make again. Served w some Pinot Grigio and garlic cheese bread
