Made as directed except I may have been too heavy handed when mixing. Used panko bread crumbs, and chives. Put in the refrigerator as directed. My pan may have been too hot at med high. Next time will lower heat a bit. Got a crispy crust in no time flat and was concerned that they weren't cooked through. Chiffonade some lettuce. I put a whole leaf on and it was sliding around with the tomato. Really great meal, so good that I'll make again tomorrow.
