This was great - so good I made again 2 days later w/substitutions: 3 containers plum baby food (subbed for banana), almond extract (running out of vanilla), plus 1/2 c. broken walnuts - reduced sugar to 3/4 c. and think I could cut down to 1/2 c. as baby food is plenty sweet - thanks for great inspiration.
