- 1 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar-jack)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt (more if desired, to taste)
- aioli (For Spicy)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha (or similar hot sauce)
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 lime (zested and juiced)
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt (or, small pinch kosher)
