Cooked the chicken in the crockpot and then added the broth and chicken to the pot. Added Northern white beans and topped with shredded cheese and avocado. Really easy weeknight dinner.

The flavor was good but my husband thought it was a little too soupy for him but he did like it.

Awesome....has all the Mexican flavors i adore...to lower the fat i used a fourth of 1 block of cream cheese and added a can of cream of chicken soup.
