  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (good quality)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic (minced fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon chili peppers (hot, brine)
  • 1 tablespoon peppadews (brine, sweet cherry, or chili pepper, optional, as needed)
  • 4 tablespoons water ((use less for a thicker dressing))
