  • 2 peppadew peppers (sweet hot, preserved diced, about 1 inch each, you can also use sweet cherry peppers)
  • 3 banana pepper (rings, hot, preserved diced, about 1-1.5 inch diameter)
  • 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly shredded)
  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (good quality)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic (minced fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon brine (hot chili pepper)
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper (sweet cherry, or peppadew brine, optional, as needed)
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 baguette (cubs of stale, or Italian bread sliced into ½ inch cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
