- 16 oz. salad dressing (Asian ginger sesame, the dressings I use are Newman’s Sesame Ginger, Kens Asian Sesame, or Kraft. All these brands come in a light versions too)
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 15 oz. mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1/8 cup fresh parsley (optional)
- 1/4 cup nuts (chopped or slivered, such as almonds or chopped peanuts)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
