these turned out okay. I would suggest cutting down the corn starch in half. Did the instructions to a tee (hand kneeded the dough) and it is extremely crumbly and difficult to work with. My use was for Christmas cookies so that may be part of the frustration. Lastly they aren't quite as flavourful as some shortbread cookies I have tasted.

Probably the softest, moist, and tastefully sweet cookie that I've ever encountered. The instructions are easy to follow and the ingredients doesn't call for much. The texture surpasses the other three recipes I've tried. For those who use cups and measuring spoons, I'd recommend trying grams instead -- a few of the comments on the site mentioned problems with the texture, but if measured precisely with grams, there shouldn't be a problem.
(Great for cookie-cutting too! The cookies don't expand or lose it's shape in the oven. Will be coming back to this recipe for Christmas!)
