- 3 dashes worcestershire sauce (more to taste)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 sprig rosemary leaves (large, chopped)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 qt. chicken stock (or water, more or less as needed)
- gremolata (recipe follows)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon zest (large, only)
- 1/4 cup parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. olive oil
