- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 150 grams salmon fillets
- 1 pinch sea salt (and some white pepper)
- 2 spring onions (finely chopped)
- 1 handful coriander leaves (fresh)
- 6 radishes (thinly sliced)
- 1 small carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 cucumber (small)
- 1 red pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. garlic (finely grated, about 1 small garlic clove)
- 1 tsp. ginger (finely grated, or 1 teaspoon ginger powder)
- 1 tsp. tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 lime (medium)
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. hot chilli sauce (Sriracha, or other chilli sauce or some dried chilli flakes)
