- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup white wine (chardonay, or white wine)
- 8 oz. reduced sodium chicken broth
- 4 oz. heavy whipping cream
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- pepper (white or black * i like to see my pepper so i use black)
- 3/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese (finely grated, *not the shelf kind)
- italian parsely (fresh, for garnish and flavor, optional)
- 3/4 lb. jumbo shrimp (fresh)
- 3 cloves crushed garlic (1 for the shrimp and 2 for the sauce)
- cayenne pepper (dash, es)
- garlic powder
- pepper flakes (*i use japones not as hot)
