Super delish. Didn’t make the buns, just wrapped the filling in warm naan. Will make again!

I had frozen buns so didn't do the buns from scratch but every thing else made it and it was delicious. I added vegan mayo mixed with sweet chilli sauce in the mix and was spot on!
The pickles and the mushroom filling was so easy to make. I added black and white sesame in the mushroom filling for more colour and taste.
