- 1 cup pumpkin (cooked and mashed, canned is fine)
- 1/3 cup sherry (Spanish, plus more for drizzle)
- 2 Tbsp. sherry (Spanish)
- 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted, I prefer a less sweet transparent glaze; use more sugar for a visible glaze)
