This was a pretty simple and delicious recipe. I used a bottle of beer instead of beef broth. Also, my mashed potato topping didn't get a nice crust on it like the picture at 30 min in the oven. I left it in an additional 20 min. Maybe increase the temp if you want it done in 30min.
