- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onions (small, chopped)
- 10 oz. green peas (frozen, and carrots, thawed)
- 1 pkg. beef stew (recipe mix)
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups potatoes

Directions
- Preheat oven 400°F. Grease or spray a 2-1/2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Brown ground beef with onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in green peas and carrots, Knorr ® Goulash (Beef Stew) recipe mix and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 3 minutes.
- Spoon into prepared casserole. Evenly spread mashed potatoes on beef mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until potatoes are golden.
