Juicy potato mash made with Hellmann's mayonnaise, poured over fried mince and vegetables
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 450 grams mince meat (lean)
- 4 Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 675 grams potatoes
- 300 mL beef stock (Knorr)
- 25 mL semi-skimmed milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. tomato (purée)
- 1 onion
- 1 stick celery
- 1 carrot (large)
- 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions
- Dry fry the mince in a large saucepan until brown, then add the onion, celery and carrot, and continue to cook for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft.
- Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes, and when cooked, mash up. Add the milk and the mayonnaise.
- Stir in the flour and cook, whilst stirring for 2-3 minutes.
