- 3 Tbsp. pancake mix (Multigrain, I use this)
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa (Hershey's is what I used, baking aisle)
- 1 scoop protein powder (Chocolate)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. syrup (Sugar Free Vanilla Torani)
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. pancake mix (Multigrain, I use this)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut (Unsweetened)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 pinch salt
