- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (divided)
- 2 tsp. low sodium tamari sauce
- 2 cups broccoli florets (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 sweet potato (medium, peeled and cut into small cubes)
- 2 medium carrots (peeled and cut into small rounds)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup pineapple (cubed, fresh preferred, or canned if desired)
- teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup low sodium tamari sauce
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. sriracha
- 1/4 tsp. ginger root (freshly grated)
- 1 tsp. arrowroot starch (or cornstarch whisked together with 1 teaspoon of water)
