  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (divided)
  • 2 tsp. low sodium tamari sauce
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 sweet potato (medium, peeled and cut into small cubes)
  • 2 medium carrots (peeled and cut into small rounds)
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup pineapple (cubed, fresh preferred, or canned if desired)
  • teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup low sodium tamari sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp. sriracha
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger root (freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp. arrowroot starch (or cornstarch whisked together with 1 teaspoon of water)
