- 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank's, use sweet chili sauce for less heat)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional - leave off for less heat)
- 3 cups cooked white rice (substitute with brown rice or quinoa if needed)
