Excellent! Warming the corn tortillas with the shrimp Genius idea. I lined the sheet pan with foil then sprayed with olive oil. Cook time 7 minutes. Try the coleslaw on this sight too.although I didn’t salt the cabbage. Ran out of time. Served with black bean, avocado and corn salad. I’d definitely make again, good enough for company with some Margaritas.

Delicious!! I made these for dinner at my parents house. My dad loved them so much he had to force himself to stop eating! Highly recommend making these
