- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (divided)
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lb. shrimp (jumbo 16/20 count, peeled and deveined)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
