There are great bones to this recipe. Great tasting sauce and a little goes a long way, although I added a tiny bit of water and olive oil to it because it just wasn’t saucy. What I ended up with was a little less saucy than what’s pictured in the recipe. The recipe was also missing a crunch factor, so I’m thinking of adding some pine nuts or crunchy rice to the dish next time.
