Went apple picking and needed a recipe I found this one. It's super delicious and it's great for the calorie count. The whole family loved it, even the picky ones!

Added yellow onion, thyme and prosciutto. Only cooked for 38 minutes and added apples at 25 minutes, so they turned out perfect and not mushy. I would highly suggest it!

it was good. i cooked it a bit too long or too hot because it dried out a bit. husband wants bacon in it next time.

Not bad, would make without the apples. Will also substitute brussels sprouts next time, but that is because my partner hates them and is not the fault of the recipie

I thought this was a really good recipe but I was wrong. This is amazing! Better than imagined. Extremely tasty. I did add half of a sweet yellow onion and boneless skinless chicken thighs to add an extra intrigue .

This turned out great. Next time I will try doubling the mustard sauce for extra flavor.

This turned out really good! I didn't have any brussel sprouts, so I replaced them for onions, and it still turned out great. My only issue is that the apples turned out really mushy and did not look as appetizing as I had hoped.
