Everything turned out great with the exception of the asparagus, it was just slightly under cooked for my taste but nothing that a few more minutes in the oven wouldn't solve. The potatoes are definitely the star of this meal, I can eat them as a snack alone!! Very pleased with the outcome of this very easy to make recipe. The only change to this recipe that I made was when I accidentally added the full amount of garlic powder and not the divided portion.
