these were SO good. Like, it feels like I just ate meat level satisfying. the tofu sucks up all the oil and spices and makes these a really good sub for meat. Since I am meal-prepping these I chopped the mint and cucumber finely and put it in the greek yogurt as a makeshift tzatziki. my only regret is not making more! would recommend using 2 blocks of tofu and increasing the oil by a tablespoon with spices the same.
