Tasted fantastic whole family loved it. Leftovers were still good 5+ days in refrigerator apples never browned. Loved the nutty taste from the brown butter the dressing was so good!!

This was a hit at company thanksgiving party. Some thought it was a slaw and when they realized it was Brussels sprouts they were shocked because they claimed not to like Brussels sprouts. It is now one of my favorites
