I loved it. the next time I made it I wanted a one dish meal so I added sliced andouille smoked sausage. one thing leads to another, so the next time I served that combination over pasta.

What made this recipe was the detailed description on cooking then sprouts. I roast them OFTEN, but wasn’t sure on stove top.
I cut the sprouts early in the day, put them in fridge, and then at dinner - 10 min and they were pretty much ready! I didn’t need to add the cheese (on their own they are great) but did add just a bit.
Brussel sprouts are ALWAYS a winner with my family!

So delicious! I make this dish often. Easy fast and elegant. Only addition is a pat of butter which adds a touch of richness ! Sooooo good!

Added fresh chopped garlic and half a sliced onion along with zest from the lemon - so delish!!
