- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Shaoxing wine
- 2 tsp. light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 slice ginger (finely minced)
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken bones (680g)
- 1 1/2 lb. pork bones (680g)
- 9 cups water (2 liters)
- 2 slices ginger
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 pkg. wonton wrappers (thin, double the filling to finish the whole pack [The original little wonton wrappers are white, but in the US, you can generally only find yellow thin wonton wrappers that are made with egg. If you find the white ones, use those!])
- 3 drops sesame oil (in each bowl)
- 1 pinch ground white pepper (in each bowl)
- scallion (Chopped, about ½ a scallion per bowl is plenty)

Delicious recipe, the stock made from the pork and chicken bones is delicious and the flavor in the pork filling in the wontons is spot on. Will be making this regularly!
