- 1/2 lb. buckwheat noodles (gluten-free, (soba noodles)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (Minced)
- 2 cups chinese cabbage (thinly sliced, I used Napa cabbage)
- 2 medium carrots (julienned, my favourite Julienne slicer)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (Pure)
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 4 green onions (spring, white and green part thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds (black or white)
- 3 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca starch
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. rice (vinegar, GF)
- 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (GF or to taste)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
