- 6 lb. pork shoulder
- 1 btl. hard cider (12 oz.)
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 shallots (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 Orange (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions
- Remove the pork shoulder from its packaging and season with salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, and dry mustard.
- Place the pork into the slow cooker and cover with the hard cider, apple cider, and chicken broth and add in the shallots, garlic, lemon, and oranges around the pork shoulder.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
