So good! I’ve made several different versions of shakshuka and this is a solid one. Often I’ll add zucchini or green beans to it.

I’ve made this one a few times now and I love it! Cooking the spices at the start makes all the difference. The recipe is also easy to modify and I often add extra veggies like mushrooms, zucchini or even black beans.

Did not have fresh tomatoes and used eggplants instead. Turned out delicious!

Delish and so easy. A crowd pleaser. I didn’t have fresh tomatoes on hand (out of season), so used 2 cans of organic diced and it turned out great.
