    So good! I haven't seen my husband this excited about breakfast in a long time! I left out the crushed red pepper because of my small child and didn't have basil. A keeper for sure!

    Could've used less time, but overall a very delicious dish. Ours ended up a bit spicy and the egg came out not poached but the yolk came oit thoroughly cooked.
