    Delicious! I heard about poached eggs on NPR's Splendid Table so I looked it up here.

    I have made shakshouka several times; several times I've been very happy with it. follow the recipe or deviate slightly and it all turns out well; this is an amazing breakfast dish for any season, more so on a cold morning, in my opinion.
