- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 1 tsp. ginger paste
- 2 Tbsp. gram flour (roasted, chickpea flour)
- 1/2 Tbsp. almond paste (poppy-)
- 1 Tbsp. coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- salt (as per taste)
- 500 grams meat (goat, mutton)
- 1 1/2 tsp. fennel powder
- 1 cup yoghurt (whisked well)
- 1/2 cup cream (I have used amul)
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 1 tsp. ginger paste
- 1/2 cup fried onions (golden, birista)
- 1 1/2 tsp. red chili powder (Kashmiri)
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 3/4 tsp. garam masala powder
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds (shajeera)
- 5 cloves
- 5 green cardamom
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1/4 cup milk (warm)
- 5 Tbsp. ghee
- salt (as per taste)
- warm water (as required)
