- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 3 1/2 cups superfine brown rice flour
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (reserved)
- 1 egg (+ 1 T. Water, beaten and reserved)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup tomato (Finely Chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (Chopped)
- 1 clove minced garlic (or 1/4 tsp. granulated dry garlic)
- 2 tsp. oil (Black Cumin, optional)
