Directions
- the night before, generously coat one side of the steak with kosher salt and place it uncovered, salted side up, on a plate in the fridge
- 1.5 hrs before dinner time, rinse off the steaks, pat completely dry
- drub both sides with garlic clove and sprinkle salt and pepper on them
