- 3 scallions (large, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 cups broccolini (or broccoli florets)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- kosher salt (to taste)
- 4 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. liquid honey
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 large garlic cloves (grated into a paste or minced)
- 2 tsp. Sriracha (sambal oelek, garlic chili sauce, will also work.)

It tasted a little too much like soy sauce but other than that it was good and easy to make
