This was really good, but because I served it with brown rice it would have been better with more sauce and more Sriracha. I was reluctant to cook the green beans in the sauce and was tempted to stir fry them first, but I followed directions and was glad I did. They were great simmered in the sauce! Also, I used a piece of leftover pork tenderloin instead of pork chops, so it was more of a meaty vegetable dish than a pork dish with veggies, but I'm sure it would have been terrific with more meat too!
