- 5 Tbsp. corn starch
- 2 tsp. peanut oil
- 8 scallions (sliced, keep white and green parts separate)
- 1 orange segmented (large)
- sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Delicious! I doubled the sauce recipe so that the tofu had more to absorb and then it could be served over rice and the sauce could be mixed in. I didn’t add as much sesame oil as I’m not big on that flavor. I also added broccoli when frying. Overall, though, a very good recipe. My family LOVED it! Will definitely be making again!

Amazing! I did add broccoli, water chestnuts and red pepper flakes for some sweet tangy spicy awesomeness.
