Such a tasty meal! I used arrowroot instead of corn starch and had to use more than recommended to get the batter to stick on the shrimp. The shrimp also weren’t as crispy as we would have liked them to turn out - not sure if that was because of the arrowroot or the simmering in the last step. Nonetheless it was delicious and I will surely make it again!
