Absolutely amazing. I used different vegetables based on my fridge components, but otherwise made the recipe, unchanged. So. Good.

Used tofu instead of tempeh (coated in corn starch fried in coconut oil) I doubled the sauce so there would be plenty to coat the brown rice I served it with. Very good. Didn’t change the sauce at all everyone really liked it

Very tasty! I used a tablespoon less of the soy sauce and subbed water. Also added a little stock to the green beans to “steam” them a bit. Sauce was sensational!

Fantastic! This is my go-to stir fry sauce now. Grocery store was out of tempeh so I used vegan chicken instead and it worked wonderfully, but I'm looking forward to remaking with tempeh. Used tahini as the nut butter and pecan oil instead of sesame.
