- 1/2 cup carrot (coarsely shredded)
- 1/2 cup sweet pepper (red or yellow, thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup green onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 avocado (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds (optional)
