- 5 oz. plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 lemon (zested)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cucumber (large, diced)
- 6 radishes (diced)
- 1 shallot (minced)
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. dill (fresh chopped)
- kosher salt (as needed)
- 4 yellowfin tuna steaks (1” thick, about 3-4 oz each)
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds (plus more to garnish)
- oil (for searing, I use either safflower, coconut, or avocado oil)
- 4 handfuls mixed greens
